Also, stay strong! After returning home from a rather exciting day at work, you were disappointed to find your apartment was empty. How were you supposed to share the news with Yoongi now? After some thought, you managed to recall him mentioning that he would, most likely, be working in his studio that day. You also remembered him saying that he would be back very late, so there was no need to wait up for him. Perhaps you should take something for him to eat, just in case…Besides, that meant you could tell him the exciting news while you were there. Guess what happened to today-?

I used to get panic attacks a lot due to social anxiety but I rarely have them at all anymore and honestly I have to credit it to BTS. Originally posted by ariescults-moved. Namjoon does his best to keep you grounded with touches and reassurances.
Taehyung - Panic Attack
He quickly got down on the floor behind you not saying anything and pulled you against his chest until you were leaning back into him between his legs, his head resting on top of yours, his arms tightly around you as you gasped for air, tears streaming down your face. Even though you felt like you were dying still, it was a little more bearable with him there. And when you were under pressure, you would snap at people and get irritated a lot. After you had snapped at Jin earlier because you were trying to focus on studying, he stormed out, leaving you alone in the living room and he went to the bedroom. After about half an hour of constant studying, just like what you had been doing for the past few weeks, you could feel your head getting sore as you slowly stopped focusing on doing actual work and started thinking about your future and how important these exams were, letting the pressure of it all actually sink in. You managed to convince yourself that you were going to fail every single one and let everyone down. As more of these thoughts poured into your head, you hands started to become clammy and you became very shaky. So this new territory added to your fear and nerves. You decided to stand up and walk around the room to try and distract yourself, but as soon as you stood up your head swooned and you felt very dizzy. The whole room started spinning, adding even more to your fear making your eyes well up with tears.
