Because we want to make the world a better place, we provide 2 Complaint Free purple bracelets free of charge. Due to the high demand and other circumstances (detailed below), we must now charge $.75 cents per pair of free bracelets to cover shipping and handling costs.

But I thought these bracelets were free, why are you charging? We are not charging for the bracelets but only a modest amount to try and offset some of our shipping costs. Because what we ship is not considered to be "flat" (like a letter) our postage costs are more than 3 times that of a letter.

I thought you received donations from people who get the bracelets, why charge anything? Generous donations from people such as yourself are the only way we can continue to provide bracelets to those around the world intent on becoming Complaint Free.

The $.75 cents covers less than half the cost of manufacturing and shipping a single order of 2 bracelets but we had to begin to charge for shipping because we were getting deluged by" Freebie sites." Freebie sites are web sites found around the world that list items people can get for free. We were getting thousands of requests from people who wanted the Complaint Free purple bracelets simply because they were free. These people did not understand the Complaint Free program nor were they interested in this life-changing movement, they saw the word "free" and jumped on it. This was draining our financial resources making us unable to provide bracelets for deserving people who really want to make a change in their life. Mind you, these are just the facts, we’re not complaining .

Our being able to ship bracelets around the world is only possible through donations we receive and proceeds from sales of t-shirts, bumper stickers and other items. All donations and proceeds go to support this program. We will include a donation envelope in your package so you can make a financial gift to offset our costs if you are able to do so.
